Voice mail to email

With the Monema for Business voice mail you won’t miss any calls from your clients and you will be able to receive them in your electronic mail in MP3 or WAV formats.

In addition, all the voice mail box management can be done from your web browser: listening to messages, moving them to other folders, deleting them, downloading them into MP3. Forget about tedious voice mail menus from other PBX’s.

Call recording

All your calls, both incoming and outgoing calls can be recorded in a transparent way. Afterwards you will be able to listen to them from your control panel or download them in MP3 format.

Consumption statistics

Hunt groups

Hunt groups

Set up hunt groups for your extensions in a simple, visual manner to indicate which extensions must ring when a call is received.

You may choose between several extensions ringing all at a time or sequentially (following an order) and link several components to build much more complex performances.

Automatic operator (speech menus)

Designing speech menus was never this easy. Say what speech you want to use for the menu and specify where to transfer the call according to the option pressed by the user.

You may upload the speeches in MP3 or WAV format or use voice synthesis. You may include as many as you wish and make menus with all the steps and options you need without any restrictions.

Call transfer

You can transfer calls to other extensions during the conversation. If the recipient of the call is away from the office, you can set up the PBX so that the call is automatically forwarded to his/her cell phone.

Callback

Using any cell or landline telephone and from outside the office, you will be able to call your clients with the company’s number or make international calls at VoIP cost.

Instant messaging and presence

With the software Phonip Plus included in the PBX, you will be able to communicate with all the seats in your company using text messages. When a user makes or takes a call his status changes to busy and all other users will be able to see him so they won´t need to bother him in that moment.

Call restriction

Missed calls to email

You can activate a notification on your PBX so all missed calls are notified to you by email. By doing this whenever your clients call your PBX and the call is not taken by any extensions, you will receive an email indicating the time, date, telephone number and name (only if this number is included in your address book).

Text to speech

The PBX offers a voice synthesis system. You may use it both for the speech menus and to read aloud dynamic data from your systems to your clients or businesses.
